   Who We Are

The Seroxat User Group was formed in June 2002 to support and advise patients experiencing problems with Seroxat. A committee was formed by Sarah Venn and other members were Andrew Isaac, Janice Simmons and Derek Scott.

Derek left the group soon after being elected. Sarah Van left the group in 2003 and Janice decided to keep the group running by taking over the website. The group was then renamed 'Seroxat and SSRI User Group as Janice realised that it was not only Seroxat but all SSRIs that presented problems of side effects and withdrawal symptoms.

     Janice - Co-Ordinator

"I am the wife of a long term Seroxat user, and therefore I'm     particularly interested in those of you who have partners, family     and friends that need help in understanding the problems of     taking Seroxat. I know how much it can affect all members of a     family, as well as the user."

    Email: janice@seroxatusergroup.org.uk

    Andrew - Co-Ordinator

"I took Seroxat for approximately four years and despite a     protracted withdrawal, I have now successfully withdrawn from     the drug. I am 30 years old."
